Yealink CMKit-121 merupakan paket inti untuk solusi audio plafon Yealink, terdiri dari tiga komponen utama: CM20 Ceiling Microphone: Mikrofon array plafon dengan 16 unit mikrofon omnidirectional yang mampu menangkap suara 360°. CS10 Ceiling Speaker: Sepasang speaker plafon coaxial 2-way yang dioptimalkan untuk kejernihan suara percakapan. RCH40 E2 PoE+ Switch: Switch jaringan gigabit dengan dukungan PoE+ untuk koneksi dan suplai daya perangkat audio. Paket ini ideal digunakan pada ruang rapat ukuran standar menengah hingga besar (5m x 8m) dengan cakupan penuh hanya menggunakan satu set. Untuk ruang ekstra besar (6m x 10m), dua paket dapat digabungkan agar jangkauan lebih luas. CM20 memiliki teknologi beamforming dengan delapan zona pickup independen. Mikrofon ini mampu menangkap suara dengan radius efektif hingga 4,5 meter dan kualitas STIPA tinggi (0,78 pada 3,2 meter). Teknologi ini memastikan setiap suara peserta rapat terdengar jelas, bahkan di ruangan besar. 2.
